Shri Saresi Mata Fair

Every year, a fair is organized at the Shri Saresi Mata Temple in Revdar town of Sirohi district.
During the fair, the temple is decorated with flowers and colorful lights. Shopkeepers from distant places set up swings and various stalls.
This fair is celebrated collectively by the people of Revdar and nearby villages.

The fair is mainly dedicated to the worship and honor of Shri Saresi Mata, who is regarded by the locals as a guardian goddess, believed to bless them with health, prosperity, and protection.

The fair is usually organized during Holi/Holika Dahan (two days later).
Because of this timing, the event carries both religious and cultural significance—blending the joy of Holi with devotion to the goddess.
Rajasthani folk traditions such as Gair dance, devotional songs, and the essence of a rural fair remain alive here.
It is not just a religious celebration but also a cultural gathering that unites the villages.
